Simon Sun is a member of our global Healthcare and Life Sciences practice.
With more than 15 years of consulting experience, Simon is an expert on corporate strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial model, sales and distribution improvement, organizational capability development, JV and partnerships, commercial due diligence and digital strategy.
His experience spans the comprehensive healthcare value chain, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and diagnostics, health insurance, hospitals and senior care, as well as pharmaceutical retail and distribution.
Prior to joining us, he served as a partner for another top firm, leading its Strategy Competency of China Healthcare and Life Science practices.
Simon holds an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a B.A. from China Foreign Affairs University.
