Oliver Kroll

Oliver Kroll is a member of our Performance Improvement practice, with over a decade of experience in strategy consulting across Australia and Europe.

Oliver advises clients on large-scale transformation programs and performance improvement initiatives, focusing on delivering tangible financial results, particularly for private equity-backed companies. He has extensive expertise in Bain's Accelerated Performance Transformation toolkit, with deep experience in areas such as accelerated cost optimization, commercial acceleration, AI-enabled operations improvement, organizational design, and change management.

Oliver also spent time in Bain's Private Equity ring-fence, advising funds on commercial due diligence and value creation strategies. This experience allows him to bring an investor’s mindset to his client engagements.

Before joining us, Oliver worked at another leading strategy consulting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a master’s degree in economics and management from the University of Mannheim, Germany, and ESSEC Business School in Paris, France.
