Nate Anderson

Nate Anderson leads our Construction and Building Products practice. He is also a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Performance Improvement practices.

Nate has deep expertise in leading strategy-driven business transformations. He works closely with leadership teams to design and execute aggressive transformation programs that help them achieve their businesses' full potential. These complex programs typically require substantial changes to their cost structures, operating models, and commercial approaches, as well as deep change management intervention.

His recent work has spanned building products and systems, construction, agribusiness, equipment and technology.

Prior to joining us in 2008, Nate was an investment banker for Lehman Brothers.

He holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College.
