Mateus Teca has over 5+ years' experience leading cases of agile transformation, redesign of organizational structures in HR teams, people analytics, product development and Devops teams.
He also has 8+ years' of experience in lean and 4+ years' of experience in the financial services and technology industries.
Outside of his role at Bain, he is a lean trainer at the Coletivo AÇÃO.
Prior to joining Bain, Mateus gained experience as university professor for a Industrial Production Management course (ISPTEC/Angola).
He holds an MBA in Lean Manufacturing and is licensed in production engineering.
