Martin is a member of our AI, Insights, and Solutions and Enterprise Technology practices. He has more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation, solution delivery, enterprise architecture, engineering excellence, Agile/DevOps/DevSecOps, cloud strategy, platform engineering, and software product development.

Martin's role has ranged from developing software and infrastructure in SaaS startups to leading digital transformations at the enterprise scale. He has applied his skills as an architect and engineering leader for clients across a diverse set of industries including healthcare, electric & gas utilities, airlines, consumer goods, security consumer software, media, and financial services.

Prior to joining Bain in 2022, Martin held several engineering leadership roles in industries including FinTech, healthcare, e-commerce, gaming, hospitality, telecom, and systems manufacturing. Martin has led engineering teams to success across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions, embracing servant leadership and pioneering cutting-edge technologies.
