Mariagiovanna Di Feo is a member of our Global Financial Services and Payments practices.
Since joining us in 2010, Mariagiovanna has routinely advised banks and payment companies on industrial strategy, strategic planning, M&A, growth strategy, and commercial excellence. She has worked on several large-scale due diligences and post-merger-integration plans within the payments landscape.
Mariagiovanna's experience in digital payments centers upon merchant services, issuing, and digital banking. She is also an expert in digital transformation.
In addition to her client work, she champions our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team in Financial Services and is deeply involved in our talent initiatives.
She holds a Master's degree in economics, cum laude, from Bocconi University.
