Faye Cheng is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Performance Improvement practices.
Over her decade of consulting experience, she has worked with many of the top-50 manufacturing companies across the aerospace & defense, renewable energy, and industrial chemicals sectors. Her work primarily focuses on business process redesign and commercial excellence.
Beyond her client work, she is a leader of the Women@Bain group and spearheaded the "MyStory" DE&I initiative in the Washington DC office.
Faye graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (B.S., summa cum laude), the University of Cambridge (MPhil), and the MIT Sloan School of Management (MBA).
