David leads our Telecommunications, Media and Technology practice in the UK, and is a senior member of our Customer Strategy & Marketing practice. He has over 25 years’ experience working with growth businesses as an advisor, entrepreneur and funder.
He specialises in business unit and customer experience strategy, and has deep expertise leading large-scale, customer-led transformations across multiple sectors.
Prior to joining Bain, David founded and ran his own technology business for over 10 years before spending several years in the non-profit sector, both as an entrepreneur and funder.
Outside of Bain, David serves as an advisor to multiple non-profit organisations and charities.
He holds a degree in economics from the University of Cambridge.
