Claudia Kobler

Claudia Kobler is a member of our Financial Services practice. She has contributed to developing our firm's product offering around a superior customer experience in banking, leveraging the chances of digitization in combination with improving organizations’ performance.

Since joining us in 2012, Claudia has led a number of large-scale transformations in the banking industry, from the go-to-market strategy for different customer segments in banking to full target model implementation. Her client work has spanned Europe and Australia.

Apart from her direct client work, she is passionate about acquiring and developing our talent pool. Claudia is responsible for recruiting activities in Switzerland, as well as in EMEA, where she leads activities relating to the global CEMS program in international management. In addition, she is active as a trainer in our various global trainings.

Claudia holds a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen and a CEMS Master in International Management from the University of St. Gallen and the National University of Singapore.

In her personal time, she enjoys sports (skiing, golfing, running, and HIIT); art (culinary, photography, and fashion); and traveling (everywhere, everything). Recent lockdown measures have helped her augment her baking recipe repertoire.
