Event Description
We believe that bold steps define the future. This does not only apply to our daily project work, but also in personal development. At Bain, we grow by continuously reflecting on ourselves, defining individual goals and adjusting our course accordingly. Personal development and flexible career paths are a top priority for us, which is why we provide strong support for our Bainies every step of the way.
Our event Envision is all about discovering your own path. We invite you to explore different perspectives on your personal and professional development opportunities. As a framework we follow the four key pillars of our unique "Thriving" concept:
- Setting your direction: What are your personal and professional goals?
- Charting your path: What specific steps will you need to take to achieve those goals?
- Assembling your crew: Who will accompany you on your path?
- Navigating carefully: How will you ensure you won’t lose sight of your goals?
We’ll start by introducing you to these four essential elements. Then, through hands-on exercises, you’ll have the chance to apply what you’ve learned, gain deeper insights into yourself, and define your individual path forward.
After the content part, you will enjoy a networking dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. This is your chance to ask questions, expand your network and get new impulses. Let’s explore, learn, and grow together!

Target group: Women university students from the 4th Bachelor semester onwards, PhD students and young professionals from all fields of study. You should consider our Zurich office as a potential location.
