Simon Breysse

Simon Breysse is a member of the firm's Private Equity practice, with additional experience in our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Telecommunications, Media and Technology practice areas.

Simon has extensive due diligence, sector screening and post-acquisition project experience for private equity funds, with a specific focus in business services and software. He also supports portfolio companies on their strategy and value creation opportunities.

Before joining Bain in 2015, Simon worked in mergers & acquisitions at a top French corporate & investment bank.

Simon earned an MSc. from ESSEC Business School.
