Sean Doherty

Sean is a member of our Private Equity practice. 

Sean has significant experience advising our private equity clients in commercial due diligence and portfolio company strategy. His private equity work spans a range of sectors with a focus on technology and business services.

In addition to his work in private equity, Sean has also led number of growth strategy engagements for our corporate clients in services and retail.

Sean holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.
