Mónica Oliver is a member of Bain's Customer Strategy & Marketing practice.
Mónica has over 10 years' experience as a management and strategy consultant. She brings significant experience in growth strategy, sales force effectiveness, pricing and customer experience. Her work spans several sectors, including business services, industrials, technology and healthcare.
Outside of the firm, she is involved in the MIT Alumni Association and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
