Lindsey Naylor

Lindsey Naylor is a member of our Financial Services practice.

Lindsey has more than 15 years of consulting experience, serving leading corporate and institutional banks across the US and EMEA. Over the last decade, she has worked with clients to solve some of their most high-stakes problems: delivery against the Dodd-Frank agenda immediately post-financial crisis; implementing new operations models in Europe in the face of huge uncertainty around the regulatory environment post-Brexit; and, most recently, focusing on cost reduction and performance improvement.

Lindsey is passionate about creating transformational, sustainable change for her clients. Her focus areas include the design and implementation of target operating models; end-to-end cost transformations, such as front-to-back alignment, zero basing, and service delivery optimization; as well as navigating the UK and EU regulatory environment.

Lindsey holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge, with a year of her studies spent at MIT.
