Jisoo Ahn

Jisoo Ahn is a member of our Private Equity practice. He serves clients across various industries, including consumer goods, retail, technology, and financial services.

As a key member of our private equity group, Jisoo has extensive experience in commercial due diligence and post-deal value creation for local and global private equity firms. His case work has included growth strategies, sales force performance improvement, organization, and M&A.

Prior to joining us in 2010, Jisoo worked as a property and casualty underwriter at Korean Reinsurance Company. He also led deals and managed portfolio companies as a member of the investment team at Unison Capital, Inc.

He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he majored in econometrics, economics, and finance. He also holds a B.S. in materials science and engineering from Postech (Pohang University of Science and Technology).
