Jennifer Rodriguez

Jen Rodriguez is a member of our Healthcare and Life Sciences and Organization practices.

She works across the healthcare ecosystem, including biopharma, providers, payers, and healthcare services, with a focus on helping organizations define strategy, drive transformation, and execute with impact to better support patients.

Beyond client work, Jen plays an active role in our internal community. She has been a long-standing leader in the Familia at Bain (FAM) affinity group and currently serves as FAM Champion for Texas.

Jen earned her AB in molecular and cellular biology from Harvard College and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Outside of work, she is a proud mom to one son and two Pomeranians.
