James LaMontagne

James LaMontagne is a member of our Private Equity and Technology & Cloud Services practices.

He has significant experience leading due diligence and portfolio company strategy projects with financial investors. James’s private equity work focuses primarily on enterprise software and cloud services and he has led projects spanning a range of sectors, including automotive and healthcare.

In addition, James has also led a number of growth strategy engagements with corporate technology clients.

James holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a B.A. from Princeton University's School of Public and International Affairs.
