Elif Koc

Elif Koc is a member of our Private Equity practice.

She has deep expertise supporting financial and strategic investors across the full transaction cycle and a strong focus on long-term value creation and embedding stakeholder returns to investment decisions.

Prior to Bain, she led MENA’s Private Equity and Consumer Products & Retail practices for a large global consulting firm. She was also an Associate Partner for another consulting firm's Technology and Consumer practices – serving investors across the Middle East and Europe.

Elif holds a degree in BA Economics from Bilkent University and an MBA from the London Business School.

Outside of Bain, Elif is passionate about animal welfare and sustainable ways of living. She is married and has three fur babies – Chocolate, Cookie, and Bebe.
