Over the past 20 years, Bill has advised leading corporations and private equity firms across matters of strategy, organization and performance improvement. Many of these engagements are transformational in nature, helping companies define and achieve their full potential.

Bill holds deep expertise in growth strategy, operating model design, cost transformation, supply chain and merger integration. He advises clients across a range of industries, including technology, telecommunications and industrial manufacturing.

Bill earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar. He also holds bachelor's and master's degrees of accountancy from Brigham Young University.
