The most effective leadership teams are those with a shared vision, clear goals and objectives, and strong collaboration behaviors. But successful teaming is the exception, not the rule. Most executives develop themselves as individual leaders, not as peer members of a collective unit that behaves “as one.” And teamwork, especially at the top, is hard. So, we developed the Top Team Journey to be a data-driven, continuous leadership development process that transforms groups of individual senior leaders into high-performing teams.

Using our proprietary, research-backed model and diagnostic, we establish a starting point whose data reveals a team’s specific strengths and weaknesses in terms of five team effectiveness behaviors: direction, discipline, collaboration, dynamism, and drive. We then use our extensive experience in learning design and delivery to guide you along a journey, a series of workshops, sprints that build on new behaviors, and feedback loops to measure and reinforce changes.
