Agile, a new approach to project management, is catching on in Russia. Coming from the digital world, agile has proved its high performance across other disciplines. Yet this approach requires a change in management style, meaning that leaders must focus on continuous and rigid prioritization of tasks rather than supervising their teams' daily routines.
