WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a member of the Atlanta Recruiting team, assist in the development, planning, and execution of all Atlanta Associate Consultant recruiting efforts, including internships & other programs.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

Event planning and execution

  • Support the coordination & logistics for various diversity and emerging sources programs across Associate Consultant recruiting – including but not limited to Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL), Connecting and Resourcing Empowered Women (CREW), and Consulting Kickstart 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of various elements of offeree weekends for the Associate Consultant & Associate Consultant Intern roles.  Help organize the logistics for and attend events, interact with offerees, and ensure all offeree activities run smoothly. 
  • Assist in planning the Associate Consultant intern program in Atlanta, working with your colleagues to create and execute on the summer social calendar, training week, final presentations, etc. 
  • Coordinate logistics for (and in some cases, attend), marketing and closing events at undergrad schools; manage event invites, student sign up, catering, scheduling and RSVPs (combination of virtual, in the office and outside of the office)


Communication management 

  • Provide exceptional and timely responses, interactions and overall experience to recruits and excellent support and timely responses to consulting staff involved in recruiting process (e.g., providing interview training, setting interviewer schedules, managing commitments etc.).
  • Provide clear, timely responses to consulting staff involved in recruiting (e.g., interviewer schedules, managing commitments, recruiting events, etc.)


Other support

  • Assist in screening logistics, including resume reviews, scheduling students, and Bain interview logistics memos using Avature (Bain recruiting system)
  • Lead role in the interview process: point-of-contact for all candidates and interviewers, schedule interview times, create interview memos, etc.
  • Own the updating of recruit tracking system (Avature) for data entry, event management & reporting in a timely & accurate manner. 
  • Work with the Atlanta HR team to manage the new hire onboarding process, including but not limited to: new hire paperwork, staffing prep materials, selection and distribution of colleagues, start dates, etc.
  • Assist in events commitments process for recruiting events
  • Perform other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate


ABOUT YOU

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience; 2+ years of administrative and/or Recruiting support experience, preferably in a professional services firm, or combination of educational and work experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written/verbal communication, project management, customer service and organizational skills
  • Comfort interacting with prospective candidates, school contacts, and Bainies of varying tenure
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
  • Flexibility with hours; ability to work overtime and evenings as needed
