        Join us for Bain & Company's UVA Annual THRIVE Intensive Conference, a workshop series that includes a morning panel and coffee chats, all designed to help students prepare for the upcoming recruiting cycle. During the session, you will have the opportunity to meet with Associate Consultants from our North American offices for in-person coffee chats. This is a fantastic chance to learn more about the Bain environment and the responsibilities of an Associate Consultant. Each conversation will last 20 minutes.During the session, two consultants will simulate a case interview, pausing periodically to provide feedback and answer questions. Active participation is highly encouraged, as this is an interactive session.Please note: By signing up for the event, you are not expected to attend the full session from 10 AM to 2 PM ET.
