Undergraduate or master’s degree

We are looking for associate consultants (AC) and associate consultant interns (ACI) who want to be challenged, make a difference, and work in a supportive environment that lets you be yourself. We encourage Master’s students in the final year of their degree to apply for an ACI position. Candidates with master’s degrees and up to four years of relevant professional experience should also apply for the AC role. Your position level will be assessed and adjusted, if needed, during the interviews. Bain Warsaw recruits for full-time positions year-round.

We look for people with strong analytic abilities and outstanding academic records. However, simply being eager, driven and smart will not earn you a spot on our team. Our team is made up of passionate people, who are uncomfortable with the status quo, who are supportive of one another and who like to have a little fun while solving real-world problems. Learn more about what Bain looks for.

Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Be an AC for the summer
As an associate consultant intern (ACI), you will join a Warsaw-based case team and do the job of a new AC. You will be given a "critical path assignment," working alongside your case and client teams to help solve one of your client’s most critical issues. During the 10-12 weeks internship, you will participate in a training program with your ACI colleagues, professional development activities and social events, which will allow you to experience our firm, our work, our values and our people. The majority of our ACIs return to Bain, and many claim this experience as a career highlight. Learn more about the ACI role.

Contact us if you have questions regarding recruiting for either the AC or ACI roles.

Challenge yourself and join our Warsaw team. Please submit your online application or visit your university’s page for application deadlines. You will be notified if you have been selected for an interview.

To complete your online application, submit the following:

Required documents
Cover letter
CV (1-2 pages recommended)
Optional documents
University transcripts (including GPA if possible)

Bain’s interview format involves a combination of case and experience interviews to help us get to know you better. Since each of the case interviews will entail a discussion of an actual Bain case, you will also gain some insights into what it is like to work at Bain. We encourage you to prepare for your case interviews.

Successful candidates will participate in two rounds of interviews. The first round will have three 45-minutes interviews, and the second round will have two 60-minute interviews.

First round
Your interview may begin with an opportunity to share your achievements and future goals and you should have time at the end to ask questions.

You will meet with three consultants / managers and your interviews will focus on a discussion of Bain cases. Your interviewer will present a short business problem and then ask you to structure the problem and recommend a practical solution.

Second round
You will meet with Bain partners and have at least one case interview during the second round. You may also have an experience interview. In the experience interview, your interviewer will ask traditional résumé and behavioral questions, as well as questions about a mini-case based on your experiences, to better understand you and your interest in Bain. If you do not receive a separate experience interview, you should expect experience interview-type questions as part of your case interviews.
