Be a consultant for the summer
First-year MBAs or MBAs at one-year programs who would like to experience the real world of consulting, while getting insight into what a future with Bain would be like, should apply for the SA position.

As an SA, you will join one of our case teams and do the job of a new consultant. You will be given a "critical path assignment," working alongside your client team to help solve one of its most critical issues. During the 10-week experience (from June to August), you will participate in professional development activities, content sessions run by Bain partners, a global training in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and social events—such as an AFL game, Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb and more—which will allow you to experience our firm, our work, our values and our people. The majority of our SAs return to Bain, and many claim this experience as a career highlight. Learn more about the SA role.
