Bain offers opportunities in a number of roles in addition to consulting in its worldwide offices. There are four administrative areas, each functioning to support Bain's goal of helping to make companies more valuable.
  • Knowledge Management, Training and Technology Services
  • Marketing and Communications
  • Finance and Legal
  • Human Resources, Recruiting and Career Development
Each area has a variety of roles available. For example, Production Coordinators support Bain consultant case teams; Knowledge Specialists and Librarians maintain Bain's intranet-based Global Experience Center. Bain's Training department offers world-class training to all Bain employees and maintains the award-winning intranet-based Bain Virtual University; the Technology Services Group develops software applications and supports Bain's worldwide offices.

The culture at Bain is entrepreneurial and results-focused. Our high-energy environment offers the opportunity to work with exceptional people, have fun and develop your skills. Bain offers outstanding training, promotion and development opportunities.

We look for candidates who have records of success in their recent experiences. For more information on opportunities in non-consulting roles at Bain, please contact the appropriate worldwide office.
