Peter Slagt leads the Transformation practice across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
He has deep expertise in supporting clients on large transformation programs, managing change to create sustainable results, and leadership/board executive coaching as well as top team alignment and development.
Peter is a trusted executive board adviser across multiple industries and various regions including Europe, Africa and Asia.
Prior to joining Bain, Peter was partner for 15 years and the leader of the Northern European Organization practice of another top-tier consulting firm.
