Frédéric Debruyne is a partner in Bain & Company's Brussels office.
He is the leader of Bain's EMEA Telecommunications practice and the co-leader of the firm's global Simple and Digital product. He previously led Bain's global Customer Experience Transformation product within the Customer Strategy & Marketing practice.
Frédéric has more than 20 years of management consulting experience and focuses on leading full potential transformations for telecommunications clients across Europe. He focuses on strategy, revenue growth, customer experience, digital transformations and making organizations more agile and customer-centric. He has also lead multiple successful technology and media companies transformations.
Frédéric is engaged in non-profit activities, notably as a Member of the Doctors Without Borders Advisory Board in Belgium.
Prior to joining Bain in 2000, Frédéric worked for another global consulting firm for seven years.
Frédéric holds a degree in Business Engineering from the Solvay Business School and an MBA from INSEAD with distinction.
