Dunigan is a partner of Bain & Company's oil and gas
practice in Mumbai. He has over 15 years of consulting experience
with a broad range of assignments in corporate strategy, business
unit strategy, turnarounds, performance improvement, and
organisational effectiveness
Dunigan's work within the oil & gas industry has included an
international growth strategy for an India-based EPC player, a
deepwater market entry plan for an Asia-Pacific oil field services
company, a full potential strategy for an integrated refining &
marketing business in Africa, and the design and launch of a
cost-focused transformation programme for an oil major. His work
also includes the organizational redesign for downstream operations
of a global IOC, overhead reduction for a European fuels marketing
business, and the design of "Role of the Group" for an IOC.
Dunigan attended Williams College for his BA and received his
MBA from Harvard Business School. He is an Associate of the
American Industrial Partners.
