Brad Sutton is a partner in Bain & Company's San Francisco office. He has experience across multiple industries and is a leader in Bain's Organization and Results Delivery® practices.
Brad has more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience and works with clients to operationalize strategies that fit their specific context, needs and culture. He holds deep expertise in sales, finance, operations, M&A, restructuring, change management and strategy.
Brad's focus is on helping executives translate their visions to people at all levels of the organization to drive high engagement, sustained change and tangible business results. He specializes in developing large-scale, complex global transformations based on realigned organizational priorities and supports leaders in executing on those priorities. He also has significant experience in merger integration and situations involving challenging team dynamics and culture change.
Prior to joining Bain, Brad gained extensive experience as a consultant, executive and investor. He has a track record of partnering with Fortune 500 leaders in mobilizing transformation programs and executing their most important strategic priorities. His multi-disciplinary skill set allows him to work well with C-level executives, line managers, front line execution teams and key business and support functions.
Brad earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. At Haverford College, he earned an AB in Mathematics magna cum laude and was elected junior year to Phi Beta Kappa. Outside of Bain, he has been a guest lecturer at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley on the topics of improving employee engagement, resolving post-merger culture challenges and leading cross-functional teams.
