Andrew Edwards is a partner in Bain & Company's Toronto office. He joined Bain in 2005 and is a member of the firm's Private Equity and Financial Services practice areas.
Andrew has deep experience in private equity due diligence, where, across more than 50 diligence assignments, he has supported the largest and most successful private investors in Canada and the United States in the commercial assessment of target firms across a wide range of industries including industrials, financial services, software and technology, retail and consumer goods. He also has supported private equity portfolio companies with strategic growth strategies to enhance portfolio value after acquisition.
Andrew also advises clients in financial services, where he is principally focused in investments and insurance, as well as growth strategy. His strategic work has included pricing, product strategy, channel and salesforce optimization and strategic M&A.
